After Service Care
At the end of a boiler service or gas safety check our engineer will provide you with the relevant documentation in accordance with the current gas regulations. You will also receive a service record explaining the works carried out with a list of any parts replaced and advisories of any parts showing signs of wear and tear that may need replacing in the future. This provides a useful record on the condition of your appliances at the time of checking and servicing and will enable you to make a more informed approach for any future maintenance.
Your details will be logged into our customer database following our initial visit to your property. This will ensure that we can source the correct materials ahead of any future planned maintenance and servicing.
All our customers receive advanced notification informing them when their appliances are next due for a service or routine test.
