Neale Stevens, founder of Core Quality Solutions has been working as a Quality Inspector since 2001. Originally a time-served electrician he soon became disillusioned with the fast-paced build process, where a quality finish is all too frequently compromised. Combining the insight this brought with his extensive experience, Neale began snagging building services installations and producing quality inspection reports for clients with the sole purpose of raising industry standards. 

 

Our aim is to change people’s mindsets by promoting a culture of ‘get it right first time’ and to raise standards by focusing on a more structured management process, benchmarking and continuous improvement through workforce training. We want to take quality management to a higher level by highlighting problem areas in real time. We understand that it is more expensive and problematic to notice faults and defects during the finishing stages of a project.
